I'm not sure if anyone else has seen this (if so I apologize to reposting an already answered question), BUT I opened Articulate Presenter 13 today, window popped up saying there was an update, so I updated the product. Now, I open Powerpoint, start a new project, and none of the actions on the Articulate Ribbon are working. Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you for your reply -- though greatly appreciated, unfortunately neither option worked fully. I say "neither worked fully" because *now* [after trying the above two suggestions] the ribbon buttons light up when you click on them, and then some of the let you see (upon clicking) the options as if available (like the character button now shows the two options; the video button now shows all of its options), but then ... nothing.
So I think I'm going to try reinstall the programs, unless you all have another suggestion : ) ?

If the Articulate ribbon is no longer working, you'll want to follow the steps outlined here to reactivate it. If those steps don't solve it, this article offers additional troubleshooting steps. Please let us know if you're still having difficulty after following those steps.

For the second link I shared, were you able to work through all the steps? If so, then yes, next I'd do a repair, and repair the supporting Microsoft software as well.
