I updated my program this morning and now I cannot preview any slides. What can I do to fix this? I don't have the ability to install/uninstall the program. Please help!
I do not get an error. I tried publishing and it isn't working either. I click on either option and the hourglass comes up for a second and then stops and nothing happens. I forgot to say I do have the ability to install outside programs if needed, I just cant uninstall/reinstall articulate without it getting it involved which would take over a week.

Hi Joanna! Are you getting an error of some kind? I've not seen this issue reported. Are you able to publish your content?
You could try a repair of the software if you would like to see if that fixes your issue.
