Updating Files

Hi All!
Does anyone know how we can replace the existing Articulate Course with an Updated Course. We are using the Moodle LMS and having all sorts of problems. It appears that old data files are running even though we think we have deleted them and uploaded a new Zip file into Moodle. I don't know if this is a Moodle problem or an Articulate question. Can anyone help, please : )
Thanks,
Dan

Hi Dan,
It sounds like a Moodle issue, and unfortunately I don't know much about it, but I wanted to pass this helpful article along to you, and hopefully one of our many Moodle users might be able to jump in here as well. Good luck!
Thanks a lot Peter!
We got the new file to upload and play (by clearing our browser cache), but when the play button is clicked the SLIDE OUTLINE in Articulate (Left hand column) DISAPPEARS. Can you help? Thanks in advance! : )
Dan
Hey Dan
Glad to hear you got the first issue sorted out, but the outline disappearing is pretty unusual. Would you be able to send us your project files so we can take a look and try to replicate it on our end? Please create an Articulate Presenter package, then upload the zip file to our server. You can review how to do this here:
Send to Articulate Presenter Package – Articulate Presenter ’09 Help
Upload the resulting zip file from your computer to our server using this upload form:
Articulate Support - Upload Your Files for Review
Thanks!
Hi Peter!
Thanks for your response : )
Strange thing, now the course is working fine, through no effort on my part, but I'm keeping an eye on it.
If you still want me to send you the file let me know and I'll be glad to do that.
Thanks again!
Dan
PS - We are not too pleased with our LMS (Moodle). Is Articulate Online more user friendly?
And...is it free?
Huh... that is weird. If you catch it acting up again, don't hesitate to send us the files.
And yeah, Articulate Online is awesome, and really user friendly It's not free, but you can try it for free. Check it out.

Wow!
Thanks for all the links Peter.
I'm in a situation where I am not pleased with our current LMS, but my company doesn't want to pay for a new one.
Thanks again,
Dan
Happy to help out, Dan. Good luck with the LMS search!
