We are not in a position to use Articulate '13 as '13 yet but we do have Articulate '09. Our IT people have stated that we should be able to technically use V13 as V09. But I didn't think that this would be possible as the key code received are specifically for V13 and there are four seperate keycodes for V09 but just two for V13. Which is correct?
Thank you for your reply, we do still have the verson '09 and are using those, but I didn't think it would be possible to use our new '13 version as an '09 version whilst they sort out the '13 version and upgrade the '09 to '13. Especially with the difference of the two versions.

Hi Graham!
Your serial codes are valid for the product purchased, it would not be valid for the '09 version as well.
If you were using the '09 version before, you could continue to use it until you are ready to fully upgrade though.
