We just launched our new onboarding out to the entire
company and some of the courses (all articulate) are getting hung up in weird
places; mainly quiz sections. The courses do contain large chunks of video; however, the main problems seem to be when folks get to a quiz section... I know this is possibly an articulate flash issue
but do you have any thoughts on why this may be happening?
Without seeing the course or the files, it's difficult to say. If it's primarily hanging up on quizzes, it may very well be an issue with Flash. You may want to confirm that the users are running the most recent release of Flash.

Hi Christine -- Before I escalate, I might wait to see if we get any more of the same pattern (hung up on quizmaker). As it stands, the few folks that have had issues with the training seem to be directly linked to the large video files; which range in size from 4mb to 80mb...
