In adding a video from file I can place it in a new browser window. The video player used by the publisher default to a player called VideoPlayer.HTML. This player does not give you any controls to pause/rewind the video. Is there anyway to set up video controls within a new browser window?
The video properties you can adjust are outlined here for Presenter 360, and if you're having the video load in a new browser window/tab those items won't apply.
Have you looked instead at using a web object and hosting the video on a site such as YouTube or Vimeo? Not only will you have access to the particular player properties of those sites, but the overall course loading and playback will be improved as the video will load outside Presenter and rely on YouTube/Vimeo which do a phenomenal job at video playback especially with low bandwidth conditions.
