I'm trying to break down a 38 min video (mov) into smaller pieces - modules. When I tried to publish the core video, which is just shy of 10 minutes in length, it said it published successfully. However, when I view the video, it has been condensed to 20 seconds in length. It just fast forwards at a crazy pace.

It sounds like the MOV file was created with a proprietary codec that is causing the issue. See the link below for a possible solution:

If you continue to have problems, I'd recommend converting the file to an AVI and then reconverting it with Articulate Video Encoder.
