Videos not playing after publishing the data

Hello friends,
I am facing following problem. After re-inserting all the videos using Articulate video insert, I had published the file , but later when I saw the preview /replay, the videos were not working at all. The video screen is coming blank and the scroll bar simply glides without the video being played.
I have also downloaded Flash abode version 16 in my laptop, thinking that may be the cause, but the problem is persisting.
Also disabled my anti-virus program for a while to eliminate that as a cause.
Any advise to set this right would be appreciated.

sounds like you are checking locally, upload to a web server and check and all should be OK

Thank you for your prompt reply. However the purpose of creating this content in LMS was to upload it in our SAP system as an e learning module and not the web.
Besides I am not that computer savvy and do not even know how to do this.
I usually publish the content using Articulate software and later the file is uploaded in SAP system by my sub-ordinate.
Would be obliged if you advise me on LMS part which is the desired request.

You should test in the intended environment, often videos will not play locally because of security issues. You could use Articulates Tempshare to test or publish to CD and run the exe file.
