What is going on here?

This entire afternoon I have been trying to troubleshoot this issue and can not figure out why this is happening...First what was happening was on slide 10 I had an image inserted, that particular image was ONLY placed on slide 10 but after publishing the CBT that image showed up also on slides 11 and 12 in random spots! Then after the 4 or 5 try of reinserting the image and republishing the PPT it was fixed BUT then a new issue arised...Text would show up smaller, the word "Next" shows up in the top left hand corner and my slide master design would disappear on some slides. Anyone else ran into this? This is a first for this ever happening to me and I use Office 2010 and the latest Articulate version. Keep in mind the text showing up smaller and all of the other "fun" stuff happening would only show up in the published version, the PPT file would look normal...See image below.
