Hello,
Im experiencing a problem with presenter when using a browser at varying sizes. Sometimes the slide fills the entire slide area and at other times it does not and I see an ugly whiate space. Any ideas on how to fix this please ?

Hi Bruce, welcome to the forum!
in the Articulate Ribbon, look in:
Player templates -> Other -> Browser window settings.
Adjust size of player as well as content.
For best viewing results, we use Resize browser to fill screen and Lock presentation at optimal size. this will hide other apps or windows behind the player and allow the learner to focus on the course.
