My computer has updated to Window 10. But I met a problem with presenter. When I edited the old presenter PPT, I found the "edit in quizmaker" and "edit property" buttons do not work in the PPT. I delete the slide of PPT with quizmaker and try to add a new quizmaker to the PPT, but still does not work in the insert slide. Would you please advise if some file crashed? The attached file shows the problem that I met when insert the quizmaker to presenter PPT.
Were you able to activate Presenter '13 once in Windows 10? That could be a part of the challenge, and if so, I'd follow these steps to run in admin mode.
I have followed your step to run PPT as administrator and reactivate Presenter, Quizmaker and Engage. And I even removed the Studio #13 and reinstalled it again. But the "Edit Quiz" and "Edit Property" button still do not work. When i shut down the computer, it pops up information that some errors in Articulator Presenter UI. How should i do next? Thanks.
