Is the second "incorrect" the final attempt, as in only a total of two attempts? If so, that final attempt shows a different layer - instead of the "Try again" layer it shows the "incorrect" layer. So you'd need to add audio to that one as well.
I don't believe there is a way to reset the audio, but if you're doing a multiple choice question you could set the feedback by choice, which would include a different audio track for each answer - granted, if they select A (wrong) and then select B(also wrong) and then pick A again (instead of C correct) the audio for A won't replay.
