Changing what the tool tips say

Hi, I am using a Linkert scale in a quiz question - the authors are not using the Agree/Disagree scale - I have indicated in the question what the numbers mean but can't figure how or if I can change the pop-up that shows when a user hovers over a choice. Any help is appreciated...

I haven't done this one for a while, in the form view there should be a button called scale and you can edit them there
As Phil stated above, you can click Scale and make the changes to the labels (and add more options if you need a 7-point Likert vs 5-Point Likert).
