Delay in questions advancing

I had to make some formatting updates to a quiz within a course and just republished to test and now the questions aren't advancing upon clicking Next. Some seem to advance after a couple of clicks, while others just eventually advance after a delay. This wasn't happening the last time it was published about a week ago. I haven't come across any sort of setting that would allow me to adjust this. Has anyone else run into this problem or have a suggested solution?

Hi Laura,
Are you testing the published environment within the intended environment? Also, when you were editing the Quiz, were you working on local project files?
If you continue to have odd behavior in Quizmaker, you may need to conduct a repair of your Studio 09 software.
Yes, it is loaded into our LMS and the project is saved locally. I actually have the Studio '13 - does that make a difference?

Hi Laura,
Well, there are different directions to repair Studio 13 (but they're fairly similar). Also, have you tested it outside your LMS, in something such as SCORM Cloud to see if it's an LMS specific? If the repair doesn't help you and you're able to replicate the problem in SCORM Cloud, would you package your Presenter files and share them with us here.

Thanks for the reply. I've been having so many PowerPoint/Articulate issues today with different courses, I'm losing my mind! I have tried zipping the presenter output folder to upload to the SCORM Cloud program, but I keep receiving an error message saying there is no course content. So, I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong there - I have not used this program before. If I still can't figure it out tomorrow by the end of the day, I'll send the files over.

Hi Laura,
When trying to zip the output, are you doing so from the publish window? To load to SCORM Cloud, publish for an LMS like normal, and then click on the zipped folder icon in the Publish Successful window to prepare it to be loaded into SCORM Cloud.

Thank you - I'm not sure what I was doing before, but I was able to get it into the SCORN Cloud and I'm still have the same problem. I'll attempt submitting it to the link above.

I heard back from Support and they do see the issue I'm having, but don't currently have a timeline for a solution. I decided to create a new quiz and just import the questions, however, the slide master image is all distorted. I created the original quiz in '09, upgraded to '13, converted the original quiz and am now trying to import into '13. Is it possible that this is the issue? It seems that the dimensions of the slides are different.

I actually heard back from Support. It seems my original issue was due to the timeline length of the results slide. It was set to 5 seconds and wasn't allowing the user to advance on their own. I've set it to .25 seconds and it's working without issue.
