I have a course I built in Studio '13 with quiz questions. When viewed on a laptop computer, the screens and quiz questions view correctly. When viewed on an iPad tablet, the feedback on one of the quiz questions displays the font incorrectly and skews it across the screen. How can I fix this so it displays correctly on all devices (laptop, desktop, iPad)? I published the course as HTML5 and the course is housed on our corporate LMS.
I've attached two screen shots - one showing how it displays incorrectly on an iPad and one showing how it displays correctly on a laptop.
I found out the user wasn't using an iPad for the error, they were using a desktop computer. The laptop and the iPad testers haven't been able to replicate the weird type face display problem.

Hi Beth!
Not sure that I've seen that before.
Are you viewing the content in a supported environment? For the iPad, this should be Safari in iOS7 or later.
You could also test the content in SCORM Cloud to help determine if the issue lies with the course or with your LMS.
If you are able to replicate, we would want to take a look.

Do you know what browser they were using perhaps? Are you able to replicate?
IE-11
Hi Beth,
Do you want to share a copy of the Presenter package here or a link to the course so that we could test in IE11 as well?
