One of our test takers received an incorrect response to a Fill in the Blank question even though she entered the answer correctly (spelled and spaced correctly as well). The answer was entered exactly as I entered it in the list of acceptable responses. I tried the quiz again and did not have any issues with it being marked incorrect. Are there any other possible reasons why this person may have experienced this? Thanks!
One of our testers had the same issue this morning, looking at the lms report they added a space at the end, I tested this and it was marked incorrect, so I have added this response as well
