find the bug 1 and 2 print screens attached maybe you will understand better the problem i'm havind. as you can see, when i insert shape, the shape doesn't cover all the selected area it stays smaller and i dont know why, the same for the picture, doesn't insert a full downloaded picture from desktop although it is fully downloaded. does it make sense? thak you!
Hey Claudia, looks like Jill was able to open your file to see and manipulate the images, and I am able to do that also. In fact, attached is a screenshot and a modified quiz file, where I was able to reposition/re-crop your images and even add a new one. So I'm wondering if the problem you're seeing with your images might be related to your installation of Quizmaker, or perhaps a memory issue with your computer? Have you tried restarting your computer to see if the problem clears up? If you continue to have trouble, I would recommend submitting a support case so that we can help you troubleshoot.
