Print Results does not work - Quizmaker 13

I want to be able to print the results of the quiz - which in Quizmaker 09 was no problem. I'm publishing to the web, not to an LMS. I have set the option in the quiz to allow the user to print their results (and prompt for their name) for both pass/fail. However, when I complete the quiz and click the print results button, I just get a blank page.
I have edited the report.html file to add a unique title to see if it is even reading the file and it is definitely launching report.html, but it is completely blank.
I tried copying over a report.html file from one of my old Quizmaker 09 quizzes, but all that displays is a box with the words Date / Time.
Can anyone help?

Update: the issue seems to be when using IE (10 or 11). It works fine with Firefox.
What is the solution for getting it to work with IE since that is the default browser used within our Organization?

I'm not clear on one point - how are you viewing the project? You mentioned IE, but are you actually uploading the project to a web server for testing? If not, that may be the issue.
If you view a published Articulate Quizmaker '09 quiz on your local hard drive or send it to someone else to view on their local hard drive, you'll encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that'll cause various features of your content to fail.
To properly test your published content and share it with others, upload it to the environment for which it was published as described in the article below:
