Some of our learners (not all) have problems with (some) hotspot-questions. Sometimes the pictures do not load. They can't answer the question therefor the proceed button is locked.
What could be the problem here? We cannot reproduce it because on our own system the question works.
They have different browsers (IE, chrome), all windows 7. Flash 11.4+
It happens on all the quizmakerquizes with hotspots.
At the moment i cannot give you a link. I’ll ask my client.
I was wondering if this behaviour (not showing pictures in hotspots) happend before with other people and what the problem was. Maybe their solutions will help here.
Since it's not happening for all users, I'm thinking it's system-specific. I wanted to try to rule that out, by taking a look a the content. However, if you're not able to share a link to the published content, I completely understand. Do you still have access to the original project files? If you're able to share the .quiz file here, I'd be happy to take a look.
However, if you need the files to remain confidential, you're more than welcome to submit the files to our tech team. If you do submit the files, please share the details with me, so I can follow the progress and update the thread with a solution.

The users experiencing this problem, do they have anything in common? Are they using the same web browser to view the presentation, etc.?
Are you able to share a link to the published project?
