When the user fails the quiz they need to re-take it. The player around the quiz gives them the option to Finish. Since 100% is required to pass, if they have failed I have the failing action taking them back to the quiz.
This is not working because the answers they put in the quiz are still in the quiz.
I have somewhat figured that out, but the Finish button is an option and that takes them to the beginning of a quiz they can't re-take. I need the retry button to be the only option.
I think I have figured it out. In the quiz properties under what to do when the user fails I have selected "Close the Window". When testing in Review360 the finish button is present but it does not do anything.
I will need to deploy to our IT group to see if it works for us.

The user would have to press the retry button to reset the quiz

The finish button should close the content or jump to a url, you may need to put instructions to tell the user to click retry
