The problem is persisting for quiz and interactions in the PPT presentation.
what could be the issue while publishing?
Looking into the swf folder of the published files I can see the folders of my 3 interactions and quiz. Looking in it there is nothing except for the file interaction.xml.
Just curious, in your original post you stated that you were publishing for CD. Does this happen if you publish using another method (Web, LMS, etc )?
Are you able to post the .QUIZ file here, so I can try inserting it into a presentation?

thanks Christine I am sending a case now with the presenter package of the course. I've just tried to publish to articulate online and the problem remains.
If you publish the quizmaker quiz and engage files on their own, there is no problem. It seems that the problem is when they are inserted in the PPT presentation.
Thanks to articulate support I found out what was the issue. I hope this can be of interest to others.
The published title of the course being really long, the path to the folder where the course was to be published was too long, therefore greater than 260 characters which are allowed.
I shortened the title and the path was then fine: publishign again the course, the quiz and the engage interaction launched properly.
That's great! I'm very happy to hear that the support team was able to help you resolve this. Thank you very much for sharing the resolution. I appreciate it.

I just wanted to add that if I insert the same quiz in a new PPT, it works fine when published.
