stops at first quiz

my small course (LMS hosted) plays fine until i get to taking a quiz. at that point it shows this and I cant go any further. when taking the test locally it plays fine

Hi Randy,
Which LMS are you using?
Also, it looks like you're using Internet Explorer - have you tried testing the project in another web browser (Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Maxthon, etc.)?
Are you able to share a link for the course here, so I can take a look on my end?
