Way to Branch the Back button

Dec 12, 2013

I'm aware that we can not get rid of the back button in Quizmaker 2013, but my question now is... how do you change the branching? Or can you?

When the user hits the back button enough to reach Q1, and then hits back again... nothing happens. So they must click next over and over until they reach the results slide. Is there any way to set it up so that if they hit "Back" on Q1, it will take them to their results slide?

Hi there Stephana,

The only branching controls I'm aware of are for the feedback prompts you can show to learners for incorrect and correct responses, or the "Finish" button, if you're inserting into Presenter.

To be honest, I'm not sure many users would continuously use the "Back" button to cycle through the questions and attempt to continue doing so when they reach the first question. Are you concerned they're going to do so while actually taking the quiz, or is this something you're worried learners will try during a review?
