It's occurred to me that some of these very creative lesson examples must be based primarily in quizmaker to provide the "jumps" within the lesson based on choices the viewer makes. And then you can explot the other navigational branching from there into another quiz.
You can actually do a lot of interesting branching in PowerPoint and Presenter as well as Quizmaker. It really depends on what you are looking to achieve.
