Replay will publish as an MP4 file, and if you're hosting the video somewhere you should be able to play that on the iPad through HTML5 or a course that's been published for the mobile player. If you're looking to just get the mp4 video onto your iPad, I found a cool tool on how to add it to your iTunes library, although I haven't tested it myself.
