You can drag the left or right edge of a video or sound clip to change its duration. This actually trims or truncates the clip. This can be useful if you need to remove the beginning or the end of a clip.
You should be able to drag that edge to the point of the video where you'd like it to end (from the right). That should cut the few seconds off of the end of the video that you'd like to remove.
