Webcam slider disabled in Replay

Hi there,
I downloaded Replay today as I need to record a webinar, but I'm unable to record from my webcam. When I start a new screen recording, the webcam slider seems be be grayed out - it is switched off, and nothing happens when I try to change it to on.
I've tried the suggestions regarding repairing, reinstalling, enabling hardware acceleration and installing .NET framework to troubleshoot this issue, but nothing has worked so far.
I'm using a MacBook Pro 2016 with touch bar, and running Replay on Windows 10 via Boot Camp, if that helps.
Any thoughts?
