Hi, I installed Replay on my new computer. (windows 10). As soon as I click on the program, it shuts down with a message saying it stopped working. It actually never started working! I tried redownloading it and it recognized it was on my computer so I selected repair but that did not help.

Adobe ended support for Flash on December 31, 2020.
Replay 1 relies on Flash to operate and we no longer support it, which is why it is no longer available on our website. I recommend upgrading to Articulate 360, which includes the full suite of our updated products and includes Replay 360. These apps don’t have any Flash dependencies and their HTML5 output works in all modern browsers. You can read more about that in the article below, but I’m also happy to put you in touch with one of my colleagues for upgrade options!

what is the latest Replay version available? I mean, we have bought 50 AS3 licenses and Replay and Character Bundle are included in our licenses. Do we still have to download and install Replay 1?
The original Replay required Flash to operate, so it may no longer work properly if you install it on your current machines that have the latest available Windows updates installed. If you will be installing it on a computer that still has Flash, here's how you can activate Replay 1.
