When I click the Notes tab, I experience a 5-15 second delay in having the Notes pane display. Once it displays, typing in the Notes pane is severely delayed and doesn't keep up with typing, highlighting of text, or moving the cursor location at all.
I have the most recent Storyline 360 updates. Has anyone else experienced this? Any solutions or advice?
I'm sorry to hear you're running into those issues with the notes! My initial suggestion would be to try a quick repair of Storyline 360 to see if it solves the problem:
Unfortunately, I am having a similar issue. I think it might be affecting timing throughout the module. I thought it might be something in the file, so I created another one from scratch and had the same issue. I came across this post and tried uninstalling, but the problem persists. I'll try a support case. Thanks!
On a whim, I rolled back my version of Storyline (June 1, April 27, April 6, Feb. 23). It was this last version (Feb. 23) that seemed to solve the issue.
Hello Patrick and welcome to E-Learning Heroes. 😊
Thank you for reaching out and sharing that you're experiencing a similar issue.
Jessica worked directly with our support team and it looks like they were able to track down an issue specific to her company's anti-virus software.
I encourage you to reach out to our team directly to see if we can track down the culprit so that we can have you working on the latest update as well.

If, after the repair, you continue to experience this issue, I'd recommend opening a support case with our engineers for additional troubleshooting.
