I took a quick look to see if you had already contacted support regarding this issue. I see that you're working with Sam on this issue (case #00316325 for my reference). Were you able to try the last suggestion he sent you? If so, and you're still unable to get the product activated, please let Sam know by responding to the last email you received for the case.
