I have tried to add about 40 users at one time, but failed and got the error message that some of the users were already registered. To get around this problem I added them one by one. I noticed that the majority of the 40 users had been registered despite the error message in the beginning. So my question is, has email notifications been sent to them with passwords, although the system showed an error message?
