Adding multiple question types on one slide and grading both

Hello everyone . . . I'm building a short course and I seem to be stuck with an issue, I need your help, please. I want to add a true/false question and a Likert scale on one slide - and yet I want both graded according to numbers I will allocate. How do I achieve this?
