Adding SL file in eLearning Heros for others to view

You can definitely attach just the .story file so that others can take a look and you can post it in a thread using the paper clip icon. If you'd like them to see a published version you may want to look at a few of the free web server type options mentioned here.

Using DropBox as an example, if I published the SL module, do I add the entire folder to a public folder in DropBox?  Or only certain files?

You'll want to publish your project and then drop the entire published folder into dropbox. David has a video here
