Allow storing attached files in Media Library

Hello there!

Since we have media library for quite some time and it evolved nicely, can we please ask for another great feature to it?

Many of as often attach some files to the course, like excel, pdf, or something like that. But first you must point to some place on your computer, where the file is located and when you pass the story file to some other person, that file is lost to them, because it doesn't physically exist on their computer. That can be easily managed using media library now. And of course give us some more, new possibilities, but ability to pass a .story file to coworker or grab it from some cloud storage for fast adjustment without worrying about attached files... that would be perfect. And I guess not even hard to implement right now.
