Almost All Quizzing Options Result in Errors

Hi there! I'm new to Storyline and am just getting started. However, I'm currently stymied by errors: I was initially trying to test out the Graded Question feature, but every time I choose it, I receive an error message. The same is true for Survey Question, Freeform Question, and Results (all of the Quizzing features except Question Banks). I receive the same error message when I try to access Content Library 360, but I'm able to use the Media and Text features in Insert. I've tried rolling back to a previous version and uninstalling in order to reinstall, but I received error messages there too which told me that I'm unable to do either of them. At this point, I feel like I'm stuck and can't really do anything. I'd appreciate some guidance into what I can do or try doing in order to get this to work properly. I can't rule out user error, but I really don't know what I could be doing wrong such that multiple core features of the software don't work. Thanks in advance for any help!

It sounds like you're able to use the software as expected until you attempt to access the Content Library, correct?

It could be a network endpoints issue, and you'd have to work with your IT department to ensure all endpoints have been allowed. Please share the article below with them, and if you're still running into issues, connect with our support team by submitting a case, and they can lend a hand!

Hi Ren,

Thank you for your help. I reached out to my IT department for assistance and was told that there shouldn't ben any endpoint issues. We did, however, try uninstalling and reinstalling the program (which was slightly difficulty because I was unable to do so from the Articulate 360 launcher), and that appears to have solved the issue. Thanks again!
