Hi, I have a user who has learning difficulties and can't dfeal with all the cool graphics and animations we have in an online course. rather than rewriting and taking all the animation and graphics out manually - is there any quick way to createa "Clean" version that runs more like powerpoint? Just for this user?

I do not think there is a quick way to do this. The manual way at least allows for some flexibility in response to individual needs.
