Animation on HTML file resizing

I have created a course that has interactive animation on Adobe Animate. It creates a file on an HTML format that I upload to storyline360. The issue I am having is that the file is too big for the slide size and the user has to move the vertical and horizontal bars to move the animation around. I am trying to get some guidance on how to show the entire animation on the slide without having to move it around.
