when I imported a mp4 video into the slide, I hide the video control panel and leave the seeking bar there. I set the advance to the next slide by media completes. the first time it works fine. But when I come back to this slide and adjust the seeking bar close to the end, the video was cut off.
Has anyone out there found a solution for this bug? I am experiencing the same issue with nearly every project involving mp4 files...
Many thanks!
John

If you'd like, we can take a closer look at what's going on with the MP4 videos. If you can, please submit a support case and include the.story file that contains an MP4 that's resulting in this issue with the seek bar. Also, if you do submit a support case, please share the case number with me so I can check on the progress and update this thread.

As in the video had finished playing?
Check your slide Properties. When revisiting the slide, you may want to "Reset to initial state."
don't know if this can fix the problem, just off from work. I'll try it tomorrow, thanks Gerry.
Hi Gerry,
it's still not working. :-(
Any possibility of us viewing the content or your posting of the story file here?
the file is too big more than 100MB. I'll try to upload to my site and let you know.
thanks,
