Anybody seen this with Windows 8.1?

I have just repaired Storyline as advised, after upgrading to Windows 8.1.
I can now run the software but a recent project shows shapes only partly filled. Re-formatting them changes the colour but not the fill appearance. Preview is OK and presumably publish will be OK (?) But it's very frustrating to edit.
Here's a screenshot from a new project with a shape created. Has anybody else seen this? I used the repair functionality to get SL working, would an uninstall/re-download/install sort this out?

There have been a few posts about the functionality of Storyline after a Win8.1 upgrade. The good news is that by downloading the trial version and re-installing it, re-entering your a serial number and re-activating restores full functionality.

Hi Joe, thanks for your reply. I have to say 'no it doesn't'.
I uninstalled, downloaded trial version, activated and opened a project - still the same.
I'm going to do a screen recording of what's going on and try to get some more attention as this has made many carefully done projects virtually uneditable.

Hi John,
As Joe shared, there was a known issue with the Windows 8.1 update and Storyline. The other thing I would check is your DPI setting and ensure it's at 96 incase it was modified as a part of the Windows 8.1 update, as having a different DPI can cause items to look cut off. If you still need further assistance on this, please feel free to share your .story file with us here.
Hi John
Sorry things didn't work out for you with my suggestion. Let us know if you find a solution please.

Joe - just fixed it with the kind help of the the man from Articulate. It was indeed the DPI setting, which my update probably reset.
