I posted this elsewhere but I thnk perhaps a new thead is a better spot.
A client is telling me that their virtual network, for flash player, is set at 15 frames per second (Storyline works at 30). The reason was something about reducing bandwidth.
All training will be viewed through this virtual network. What is the likely effect this will have on Storyline presentations viewed through an LMS?
I can notice a difference with 15fps when it's a video, but I can't imagine it being terrible for a storyline project. Your animations may not be as smooth, but it should still look okay overall.
