Are there diagnostics I can run while viewing a SL360 course?

A hand full of learners are getting locked up on a certain slide and are not able to complete the course. Some are using IE and some Chrome. Some are using Windows 7 and others Windows 10. Most learners are able to complete the course.
The slide in questions only has a complete course trigger (set to execute when the timeline starts), a button that advances to another slide, and a data entry field in the Triggers.
Is there a tool I can run while the course is being viewed that will give me some information?
The course is 68 MB zipped, with 100 slides and 8 sections. This course is hosted on RegU, a SkillPort LMS.
Does anyone have suggestions on what I can check?
