Articulate 360 Updates - Storyline does not open

Every time an Articulate 360 update becomes available, my Storyline 360 becomes disabled and I am not able to open the program until I download and install the update. Sometimes, I am in the middle of developing a course, and Storyline just closes by itself. When I try to reopen it, I cannot do it. Then, when check the Articulate 360 console I find there is an update available, I run the update and I am able to open the program again. This is a nuisance, specially when I am in the middle of something and it just closes.
Any advice?
