Articulate and LMS compatibility

I need to use an authorising tool which is SCORM compatible. I know Articulate is one such tool. I have two main questions:
1. I already have my own website and was wondering which LMS (free version hopefully) works best with Articulate? and is fairly easy to use. I have little IT knowledge but can get by once I know what I am doing.
2. I want to give users the option to use the e-learning courses on laptops, mobiles etc, I want to create interactive courses which can use a scenario based option, upload videos and have quizzes embedded. Which Articulate option do you think would be the best? also bearing in mind I know what I am doing in regards to creating courses but need the system to be logical and simple to use.

If you have a wordpress site, you cannot go far wrong with a Learndash and Tncanny plugin combo
all the Articulate products will create content that formats to the device. Rise 360 works great for this and has a very nice look and feel. the community is very helpful with support and design ideas, I have used both Captivate and Articulate and prefer Articulate.
