I've created a series of exercises in a course (in Canvas LMS), and last semester had no problems with scoring. This semester, however, I just received notification from a student that he's not receiving credit for the exercises. He informed me that the exercises open in the Articulate app on his iPad rather that in his browser (Safari). Could this be the issue, that the app doesn't send the scores back to Canvas? Is there a way for him to override the exercises opening in the app?
There isn't a way to override the courses opening in the Articulate Mobile player if you included that as a publishing option and he's viewing it on a device that supports the Mobile player.
As for Canvas not working with the mobile player, if it worked previously do you know if Canvas implemented an update?
