We should be able to avail of Articulate products online or via local re-sellers. There might be differences in terms of offers/discounts and other services. I don't think there would be any violation of any clause if you avail it online.

If you purchase directly from Articulate, we're not able to account for the exchange rates, so payments would be in U.S. dollars, with your credit card handling the conversion and any associated fees.
