Articulate Storyline Mobile App cannot access course

Hello,

I have been playing with the publishing options for Storyline and am having a small problem.  When I publish for a LMS and indicate I do not want to use the Articulate Storyline mobile app, I can upload the course to the LMS and access it with my Ipad.  If I publish the course with "use mobile app" checked, upload the course to the LMS and try to access the course, I am -- as expected --  asked by the browser to launch the course through the app. When I press this "launch course" button, my Articulate App opens and says it cannot access the course.  Can anyone help me out here?

Does your LMS support Tin Can API? Check out this article.

Apple made some changes to the way apps launch in iOS 9, so your Articulate Storyline 2 courses may not launch in the Articulate Mobile Player as you'd expect. We added support for iOS 9 in Update 7 for Storyline 2. See this article for details on how to update your Storyline software and your published courses.
