Articulate storyline ribbon tabs disappeared Sep 03, 2014 By Carol Valcu Hello, I was working in storyline today, and just noticed that the ribbon tabs along the top have disappeared. All I can see now is what's in the attachment. How can I fix this? Thanks, Carol articulate_ribbon.jpg
Ashley Terwilliger-Pollard Staff over 9 years ago09/04/14 at 7:29 am (UTC) Hi Carol, I don't know that I've seen that behavior before, so I'd recommend checking into the following things: First, what is the DPI setting of your computer? you'll want to use the 96 dpi setting as indicated here. If the DPI setting is set to 96, next I'd conduct the detailed repair of Storyline here - and you'll need to follow all steps mentioned.
Harri S over 9 years ago09/04/14 at 8:40 am (UTC) Hi Carol, This has happened to me a few times, normally a SL or even PC restart fixes it. Occasionally I've had to resort to opening a second instance of SL and import all the slides into a new file. Hope this helps Harri
