I have tried repeatedly to unsubscribe from all groups and emails. I have retired and no longer use the products. SO frustrating. Support people say they will do it but never do.
That sounds very frustrating. I hate it when "unsubscribe" doesn't completely eliminate messages.
Your email service probably has a way for you to permanently block emails from Articulate. For example, the settings may allow you to block messages based on the domain of the sender or text in the content (e.g., "Storyline").
