I've got a couple of slides that the audio plays all the way through when I preview it, but when I post it on my LMS, the audio cuts out before the end. It's quite long audio. One is 120 seconds and the other is not quite 120 seconds. I think it's probably cutting out at about 100 seconds. Has anyone run in to this or have any idea how to prevent it? I've tried reimporting the audio and republishing, but the problem still occurs.
Without seeing the file it's hard to say what may be occurring - you mentioned it's working as expected during preview, so I'd first want to see if you're able to test your Storyline file by uploading it to SCORM Cloud which is an industry standard for testing SCORM content. Also, please check that you're viewing the course within one of the supported browsers detailed here.
