Audio feedback for Drag-and-Drop

Aug 27, 2014

I've created a drag-and-drop activity as a review activity. Since I've checked off "Return item to the starting point if dropped outside a correct target" then the activity is self-correcting. There's no need for a Submit button or for feedback layers. I've removed the Submit button and set the Feedback to "None". I'd like to have a brief audio feedback ("Now you've demonstrated that you understand...") to finish the activity (then activate a NEXT button) after the learner drops the final item. What kind of trigger would I use to start the audio timeline?

Hi Nancy,

Could you use the "dropped correct" state of your object and play the audio based on the value of all of the items being dropped correct?? You could then use the method described here to adjust a variable when the media completes and use that variable as the condition for your next button.

Hope that helps!
